In June 2013, after graduating from Nanjing Agricultural University with a master's degree in animal nutrition, I joined the first company in my career, a feed company in Shanghai。Since I chose the breeding section when I applied for the job, I was then assigned to Shanghai Chongming Breeding Pig Farm, starting from raising fat pigs, and going step by step to the delivery room and carrying two departments that almost all new graduates are yearning to learn。Although I have practiced in several pig farms before, I still feel a little uncomfortable at first，I see all the teachers around me are younger than me，I really want to catch up with them in the shortest possible time，It is inevitable to show some impatience and impatience，The director spoke to me，At the time, I felt that it was "a pot of cold water".，But it was those few conversations that spurred me on，Next in the pregnancy，I actively learn to collect sperm, do semen and other operations，Follow the teacher to learn to check the situation, check back and so on，In the evening, check the relevant materials of the pregnancy department and consult with the teacher，Strive to make real progress in your behavior and not just in your thoughts，It wasn't a long time but I felt like I learned a lot during that time。

Impetuous, repeatedly hit the wall

During the pig farm, the company wanted to transfer me to the research and development department, or out of interest, or perhaps because of the love of the pig industry in the bone, I "mercilessly" refused the company's transfer, but now it seems that my original choice was right, and I have never regretted it, until now。After I was transferred to the company's custody farm in November 2013, I was mainly responsible for the distribution department, and then I was transferred to another custody farm。I don't know if I'm being transferred frequently or I'm suddenly in charge of a field，I always feel like I wasn't fully engaged at the time，Production results were also a mess，With the company moving out of custody，I left, too，But this is a really messy departure，For the first time, I was confused about my career。

August 12, 2014 was a special day for me. In the evening, I received a phone call from Dr. Wang, who asked me to come here. After discussing with my wife, I made the first important decision in my career: I resigned from the original company, joined Shanghai Changjia, and continued to pursue my dream of raising pigs。On August 16, 2014, I was in charge of the conservation and fattening farm of Yangzhou Mausoleum Farm, probably because I was not skilled in the conservation and fattening department, and I felt very difficult at work. Every production inspection by several bosses was full of critical words, which made me feel out of breath, aggrieved, helpless and depressed for a time。In addition, the state of adjustment was not good at that time, relatively negative, and the final score was very poor, another trough period。

Keep your feet on the ground

On the evening of November 21, 2014, after being "reprimanded" by several bosses, I rushed to Yongxing Field overnight with Doctor and Yan, which is already the fifth field I have experienced after graduation, do I do a passer in each field?Along the way I almost did not say a word, my thoughts are complicated, the five tastes are mixed, and keep rolling in the heart, at that time I made up my mind that I must make a name for myself in Yongxing, even if I leave again, I will walk out of Yongxing gate with my head held high。So for the next six months，What we see is a more positive Xin Liang，Again, start at the bottom as a fattening breeder，Sweaty during the day，Read books and organize courseware in the evening，It takes six months，That time was hard, tired but never regret，In particular, the joy and sense of achievement after sharing the courseware of their own organization can only be realized after personal experience。This made it clear to me that if I want to make greater progress, I must have a flat mind, 100% commitment, and continue to pay。Gradually, I really realized what I heard in the previous training - those who make me painful will make me strong。

After a short period of study in the nursery and delivery room, I began to contact the production coordination work in June 2015. Throughout 2015, I felt that I had a great growth in both mentality and on-site production control, followed by the improvement of my self-confidence。In the following 2016, due to the company's business expansion, Mr. Yan gradually faded out of the management of Yongxing Field, and I have a new challenge quietly。As usual, it was a period of confusion and pain at the beginning, but after several times of training, now no matter how difficult the process is, I will insist on going on, and I also believe that after paying is another growth。First half of 2017，Despite the door blocking incident，Delivery room diarrhea，Conservation, blue ear and other issues，His attitude adjustment is still relatively positive，Actively seek solutions and resources to solve problems，Finally, with the cooperation of various departments, the spread of the disease was effectively curbed，It also kept losses at a relatively low level，I believe that every person involved will thank themselves for their efforts at that time，Because I've been through these things，Everyone grows，It is this kind of difficult growth is memorable。

Endless learning, keep making progress

There will always be gullies on the road to success, because of love, so choose, despite confusion, there is still growth, growth, more firm。Now looking back on these experiences in the past, every scene that made me painful is vividly remembered, it is the painful experience again and again plus my own pay and everyone's help to have today's me。In the second half of 2018, the sudden non-plague situation swept the entire Chinese pig industry, nearly 2 years, some pig farmers changed the industry, some pig farmers changed the company, but I still choose to stick to the original persistence。2019年，Changjia (Shanghai) Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. was established by Jiangsu Lihua Company and Shanghai Ganong，I also resolutely decided to stick to it，The difference is that the position has changed from individual farm site management to regional farm management，Both in terms of scale and complexity, it is a big challenge for me。We have experienced ASF and are well aware of the horror of ASF, but we know better that we will succeed if we insist on doing the right thing in the right way。
